Flourishing

Flourishing is a co-produced educational programme developed together with the invaluable creativity from the volunteers and members from the Recovery Republic and the team at Recovery Education Ltd.
The opportunity followed investment from the Workers’ Educational Association (WEA), which is one of Britain’s biggest charities, founded in 1903 and is the UK’s largest voluntary sector provider of adult education.

Flourishing is written in a spirit of compassion and understanding reflecting the act of growing as a human being both in good times and when life gets tough.
We use an approach which builds on people’s strengths and assets, based on the individuals’ personal development, their different experiences, beliefs, and life goals, to be achieved at their own pace, and when they are ready.

We also recognise the need for empathy, understanding, support and kindness with the aim that this short training course will allow each person to discover what works for them.
Ongoing help and support will be available. To book your place onto the course and for any other information, you can email flourishing@recoveryrepublic.co.uk or alternatively you can call Lisa on 07768 196760
